Antwerp's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They secured a 19-13 W over the Hicksville Aces. For the Archers, this counts as revenge for the 15-12 win the Aces walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Cross Zeedyk and Collin Leavell certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Zeedyk rushed for 127 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries, while Leavell gained 114 total yards and a touchdown. Zeedyk's longest rush was for an incredible 84 yards.

Antwerp's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Hicksville, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Antwerp will host Tinora at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Archers will be up against the Rams' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.2 points per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Hicksville, they will head out to square off against Wayne Trace at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
