Basketball Recap: St. Helena Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

St. Helena has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. The contest between them and the Kelseyville Knights didn't end well, with the St. Helena Saints falling 66-52. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Saints came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 256th, while the Knights are ranked 810th).

St. Helena's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-2. As for Kelseyville, they moved to 7-8 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Helena will challenge Lower Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. St. Helena is facing Lower Lake at the right time seeing as Lower Lake is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Kelseyville, they will square off against Upper Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
