Basketball Game Preview: Noblesville Millers vs. Fishers Tigers

Noblesville is 2-8 against Fishers since December of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. The two teams will face off at 7:00 p.m. without much rest, having both just played. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Noblesville sitting on four straight wins and Fishers on 39 (dating back to last season).

Noblesville is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They skirted past Hamilton Southeastern 56-53.

Meanwhile, Fishers didn't have too much trouble with Zionsville on Friday as they won 57-41. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked first, while the Eagles are ranked 35th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Fishers' victory bumped their record up to 26-0. As for Noblesville, their win bumped their record up to 19-5.

Noblesville was taken down by Fishers 74-40 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can Noblesville avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
