Basketball Recap: Stringer Comes Up Short

Stringer played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 52-29 to the Mize Bulldogs. The contest marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Stringer's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Mize, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Stringer will be home for the holidays to greet Puckett at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. The Red Devils' defense better be ready for this one: the Wolves have averaged an impressive 56.9 points per game this season. As for Mize, they will head out on the road to take on Enterprise at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give Mize their first taste of in-conference action this season.
