Baseball Recap: Westhill Takes a Loss

If Westhill was riding high fresh off their 10-1 takedown of Camden on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors fell 7-2 to the Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 12-6 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Colin White was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two triples and one run. Those triples were his first of the season.

Westhill dropped their record down to 12-7 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.

As of now, neither Westhill nor the Red Rams have any future games scheduled.
