Football Recap: Princeton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Princeton was the 35-28 winner over Plano West when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers were beaten by the Wolves 56-22 on Friday. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-6.

Princeton lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Dakota Lee, who rushed for 77 yards and one TD on only seven carries, and also picked up 36 receiving yards. Marcus Flowers was another key player, throwing for 132 yards and one touchdown.

Princeton's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3. As for Plano West, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Coincidentally, Princeton and Plano West will both be playing Prosper the next time they take the field. The Panthers will host the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Wolves will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on November 6.
