High school basketball: How to watch ESPN GEICO Top Flight Invite

Sierra Canyon, Oak Hill Academy and Prolific Prep among headliners in loaded eight-team field.

ESPN will air eight preseason high school basketball games Saturday and Sunday from the GEICO Top Flight Invite in Las Vegas, Nev. The three-day event will take place at Coronado High School and feature eight highly-regarded programs headlined by perennial powerhouse programs Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, Calif.) and Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson, Va.) among others.

The event tips off tonight with first round showdowns between Sierra Canyon (playing under the California Basketball Club moniker) and Coronado (Henderson, Nev.)/Air Nado, Oak Hill Academy/Virginia Gold vs. Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, Nev.) /LV Orange, Prolific Prep (Napa, Calif.)/Prolific vs. Centennial (Corona, Calif.)/Hoop Nation and Dream City Christian (Glendale, Ariz.) vs. Vertical Academy (Charlotte, N.C.).

Headlining talent expected to participate this weekend includes Kijani Wright, Isaiah Elohim and Bronny James (questionable) for California Basketball Club, Chris Livingston, Caleb Foster and Judah Mintz for Virginia Gold, Dior Johnson, Adem Bona and M.J. Rice of Prolific, Shaedon Sharpe and Yohan Traore of Dream City Christian and Mikey Williams of Vertical.

California Basketball Club's Amari Bailey is not expected to play in the event due to injury.

First-day action will be live streamed on YouTube before shifting over to ESPN+ for Saturday's games and ESPNU for Sunday's contests. The championship game will be streamed on ESPN2 on Oct. 17 at 7 p.m.
