Soccer Recap: Chicago Hope Academy Comes Up Short

Chicago Hope Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 5-1 to the Timothy Christian Trojans. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Chicago Hope Academy was already down 4-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Diego Ortiz, who's now up to nine this season.

Chicago Hope Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12-1. As for Timothy Christian, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-6-1.

Chicago Hope Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 5-0 win against Lycee Francais de Chicago on the 13th. As for Timothy Christian, they will square off against Providence Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
