Volleyball Recap: Palm Beach Lakes Comes Up Short

Palm Beach Lakes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Atlantic Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Palm Beach Lakes may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Palm Beach Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Atlantic, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Coming up, Palm Beach Lakes will be playing at home against Santaluces at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Atlantic, they will face off against Boynton Beach at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
