Soccer Recap: Shawnee Comes Up Short

Shawnee managed to keep up with Glenpool until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Shawnee Wolves lost 3-0 to the Glenpool Warriors. If Wolves were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Warriors when the teams met back in April of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Shawnee and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Glenpool, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shawnee will square off against Harrah at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Glenpool, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cleveland at 6:00 p.m. on March 11th.
