Niskayuna came tearing into Monday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Shenendehowa Plainsmen by a score of 8-4. This was a revenge game for the Silver Warriors: when they faced off against the Plainsmen two weeks ago, they had to take a 10-2 loss.

Niskayuna's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Shenendehowa, they moved to 5-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
