Basketball Recap: Appalachian Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Appalachian lost against Susan Moore back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Appalachian Eagles came up short against the Susan Moore Bulldogs, falling 57-37.

Appalachian's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7. As for Susan Moore, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Appalachian has already played their next game, a 51-39 loss against Southeastern on the 17th. As for Susan Moore, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-36 win against Hayden on the 17th.
