It was another big night for Kylee Venner, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 12 rebounds for De Soto. The game was Venner's 11th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Makenna Gilman, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and six steals.
La Farge/Youth Initiative has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. As for De Soto, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.
