It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bucklin can now relate to. They took a 47-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Attica Bulldogs on Wednesday. The Red Aces' defeat signaled the end of their 17-game winning streak.

Emmy Kirk and Karlee Evans certainly did their best on Wednesday to avoid the loss. Kirk shot 47% from the field en route to 17 points and five rebounds, while Evans posted 12 points and six boards. The matchup was Kirk's sixth in a row with at least 16 points.

Bucklin's loss dropped their record down to 19-4. As for Attica, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 20-3.

Bucklin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Attica, they have already played their next contest, a 54-39 defeat against Linn on the 14th.
