Volleyball Recap: New Roads Comes Up Short

New Roads saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Holy Martyrs Armenian Armens by a score of 2-1.

New Roads has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-7 record this season. As for Holy Martyrs Armenian, their win bumped their record up to 6-10.

Looking ahead, New Roads will look to defend their home court on Friday against California Academy of Math & Science at 4:30 p.m. As for Holy Martyrs Armenian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against de Toledo on the 30th.
