South Brunswick put their dominant pitcher on display in the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the West Brunswick Trojans a 10-0 shutout. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Addison Woodruff, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and one triple. That's the most runs she has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Carly Clewis, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

South Brunswick always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .515. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Brunswick only posted an OBP of .118.

South Brunswick's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for West Brunswick, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-12.

As of now, neither South Brunswick nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
