Volleyball Recap: Mt. Shasta Starts Season with Win at Home

Mt. Shasta took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Tulelake Honkers with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bears also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Mt. Shasta was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-15, 25-15.

Tulelake's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, Mt. Shasta and Tulelake will both be playing Colusa the next time they take the court. The Bears will head out to face the RedHawks at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Honkers will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
