Basketball Recap: Prep Charter Comes Up Short

Prep Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Williamsport Millionaires 74-46. The Huskies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Millionaires from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Prep Charter now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Williamsport, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Prep Charter will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Academy at Palumbo at 3:15 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Prep Charter is facing Academy at Palumbo at the right time seeing as Academy at Palumbo is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Williamsport, they will head out on the road to challenge State College at 3:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
