Volleyball Recap: Goodman-Pembine Comes Up Short

Goodman-Pembine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Mills L-Cats.

Lake Mills can attribute much of their success to Tayte Crenshaw, who had five digs and two aces. That's the most aces Crenshaw has posted since back in October of 2024.

Goodman-Pembine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Lake Mills, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Goodman-Pembine has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Rio on the 30th. As for Lake Mills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Wisconsin Dells on the 30th.
