Union City is a perfect 10-0 against Greenfield since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Golden Tornadoes will be playing at home against the Yellowjackets at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Union City managed to slip by Dresden the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Golden Tornadoes came up short against the Lions on Tuesday, falling 11-2. Having soared to a lofty 21 runs in the game before, the Golden Tornadoes couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Greenfield was not able to break out of their rough patch last Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 11-0 to Gleason.

Greenfield's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Union City, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.

Union City took their win against Greenfield in their previous matchup back in May of 2019 by a conclusive 15-0 score. Will the Golden Tornadoes repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
