Softball Recap: Torrey Pines Falcons vs. La Costa Canyon Mavericks

La Costa Canyon typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Torrey Pines proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Mavericks by a score of 8-5. Winning may never get old, but the Falcons sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
Wilhemina Crouch was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Riley Cullivan was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and one stolen base.
Torrey Pines' win bumped their record up to 16-10. As for La Costa Canyon, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-10-1.
As of now, neither Torrey Pines nor the Mavericks have any future games scheduled.
