Volleyball Preview: Wiley Panthers vs. Kim/Branson Mustangs
On Thursday Wiley will have to hit the road after five straight games at home. They will venture away from home to challenge the Kim/Branson Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. Kim/Branson took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Wiley, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Wiley was able to grind out a solid victory over Walsh, taking the game 3-1.
Wiley walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-27, 25-13, 25-22.
Meanwhile, Kim/Branson lost 3-0 to Las Animas on Thursday.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-15, 25-20.
Wiley's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Kim/Branson, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.
