Hokes Bluff extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 4-4. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 24-23 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ashville Bulldogs. Hokes Bluff has already played their next contest, a 21-14 defeat against Oneonta on the 24th. As for Ashville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 42-18 loss against Cherokee County on the 24th.
