Basketball Game Preview: Dugway Mustangs vs. Telos

Dugway is 1-9 against Telos since February of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Dugway Mustangs will look to defend their home court against Telos at 6:00 p.m. Dugway will be strutting in after a victory while Telos will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Friday, Dugway took their contest with ease, bagging a 46-17 win over Utah School for the Deaf & Blind. That 29 point margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.

Tanner Thackeray was his usual excellent self, putting up 20 points. The matchup was his third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Quaid Elton, who posted 12 points.

Meanwhile, Telos took a blow against Pinnacle on Saturday, falling 99-56. Telos has struggled against Pinnacle recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

The victory made it two in a row for Dugway and bumps their season record up to 5-8. As for Telos, their loss dropped their record down to 3-15.
