Baseball Recap: Dora Takes a Loss

After flying high against Thoreau on Friday, Dora came back down to earth. Dora lost 24-6 to the Grady Bronchos on Saturday. The Coyotes were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bronchos from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Roddy Neal made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Kircher, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Dora now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Grady, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Dora will face off against Melrose at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grady, they will square off against Floyd at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
