Baseball Recap: Port Charlotte Has No Trouble Against Imagine School at North Port

Port Charlotte not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since February 21st. Everything went their way against the Imagine School at North Port Sharks as they made off with an 8-2 victory. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Sharks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Jacob Vivian looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

At the plate, Joshian Tirado was incredible, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). JP Marshall was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base.

Port Charlotte's record is now 9-12. As for Imagine School at North Port, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-11.

Looking ahead, Port Charlotte will challenge Charlotte at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Imagine School at North Port, they will face off against Oasis at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
