 The Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs had to endure  a  five-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They claimed a resounding  63-31 victory over Hobbton at home. That looming  63-31 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Wallace-Rose Hill yet this  season.
 Leading Wallace-Rose Hill to victory were  Irving  Brown and  Marlo Harris.  Brown  scored 14 points, while  Harris  scored 16 points. That's the first time this season that  Harris  scored 15 or more  points. Another player making a difference was  Matthew  Wells, who  scored eight points.
 Wallace-Rose Hill's victory bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Hobbton, they bumped their record down to 1-7 with that  loss, which was their sixth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Wallace-Rose Hill won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against Pender at 8:30  p.m.  on December 28th. Hobbton won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Southeastern HomeSchool at 4:00  p.m.  on December 28th. Hopefully Southeastern HomeSchool focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 16 on Wednesday.
