Volleyball Recap: Hillcrest Comes Up Short

Hillcrest lost against Jordan back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Huskies lost 3-0 to the Beetdiggers.

Hillcrest was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-18, 25-15.

Hillcrest has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Jordan, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.

Hillcrest has already played their next game (against Granger), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Jordan, they will challenge Stansbury at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
