Stuart Knowlton posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. He struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off six hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. Mount View is undefeated when Knowlton allows one or fewer earned runs, but 3-4 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Knowlton and Mount View will square off against Winslow at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are at an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2016, but likely not for long.
