Lake and Pisgah are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2017, but not for long. The Hornets are taking a road trip to square off against the Dragons at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake has given up an average of 54.6 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lake is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Newton County on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Hornets were dealt a 75-45 defeat at the hands of the Cougars. The Hornets have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Pisgah ended up a good deal behind Pelahatchie on Thursday and lost 78-60.

Lake's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Pisgah, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Lake didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Pisgah in their previous meeting on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 49-43 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
