While Herscher's win against Coal City wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers skirted past the Coalers 2-1. Winning may never get old, but Herscher sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Herscher's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four matches. As for Coal City, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4-1.

Coming up, Herscher will be playing at home against Bloomington Central Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Coal City, they will venture away from home to square off against Joliet Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
