Soccer Recap: Union County Comes Up Short

Union County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 6-0 to the Broome Centurions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Broome this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-1 back in March.

Union County's record now sits at 0-7-1. As for Broome, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-6-1.

Union County didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-0 defeat against Chapman on the 22nd. As for Broome, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Greer Middle College on the 22nd.
