Basketball Recap: New Braunfels Christian Academy Takes a Loss

New Braunfels Christian Academy lost against Geneva back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The New Braunfels Christian Academy Wildcats fell to the Geneva Eagles 66-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Wednesday (55), the Wildcats still had to take the loss.

New Braunfels Christian Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-16 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points per game. As for Geneva, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 26-4.

New Braunfels Christian Academy has already played their next match (against The Christian School at Castle Hills), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Geneva didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 82-28 win against John Paul II on the 28th.
