Seton Catholic proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Globe Tigers 1-0. The win was nothing new for the Sentinels as they're now sitting on five straight.

Leading Seton Catholic to victory were Hannah Ostrowski and Hannah Thiele. Ostrowski had 17 assists, while Thiele had six digs and two aces. What's more, Thiele posted three assists, the most she's had over her last ten matches. Sydney Stumpf also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Seton Catholic was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in ten consecutive matchups.

Seton Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Globe, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Seton Catholic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Coolidge on the 8th. As for Globe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Florence on the 6th.
