Volleyball Recap: Baker Takes a Loss

Baker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Tonopah Muckers.

Baker was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 15 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15.

Baker's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Tonopah, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Baker didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Indian Springs on the 29th. As for Tonopah, they will take on Mineral County at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
