Football Recap: Goliad Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Friday. Goliad took a blow against Tidehaven, falling 38-7. Goliad was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Tidehaven apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Goliad's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Tidehaven, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Goliad will square off against Industrial at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tidehaven, they will take on Hallettsville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
