Basketball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Georgia Force Christian

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Georgia Force Christian had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 49-33 victory over the Milledgeville Athletic Club Bears. Winning may never get old, but the Blue Knights sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Asher Acton had another great game (as he tends to do), dropping a double-double with 17 points and 18 rebounds. Acton is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Dominic Ducato, who posted 13 points.

Milledgeville Athletic Club's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Branden Conner, who had 14 points. Jamien Foreman was another key player, putting up nine points.

Georgia Force Christian's win bumped their record up to 17-14. As for Milledgeville Athletic Club, their loss dropped their record down to 20-6.

As of now, neither Georgia Force Christian nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
