Baseball Recap: Texhoma/Goodwell Falls to Panhandle Christian Home Educators in First Game of Season

Texhoma/Goodwell had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 4-0 to the Panhandle Christian Home Educators Warriors on Thursday.

Panhandle Christian Home Educators has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Texhoma/Goodwell will venture away from home to take on Elkhart at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Panhandle Christian Home Educators, they will head out to challenge White Deer at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bucks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 17.58 runs per game on average), something the Warriors will no doubt try to take advantage of.
