Football Recap: Belle Plaine Dragons vs. Medicine Lodge Indians
Belle Plaine couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were dealt a 48-0 defeat at the hands of the Medicine Lodge Indians on Friday. The Dragons' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row dating back to last season.

Belle Plaine is taking a road trip to square off against Smoky Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Medicine Lodge, they will welcome Chaparral at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
