Softball Recap: Rosepine Comes Up Short

Rosepine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hicks Pirates.

Rosepine's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Hicks, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rosepine will take on Pickering at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give Rosepine their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season. As for Hicks, they will face off against Elizabeth at 5:00 p.m. on March 25th.
