Volleyball Recap: New Trier Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

There's no place like home for New Trier, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Evanston Wildkits on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Trevians in their matchups with the Wildkits: they've now won five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-17.

New Trier pushed their record up to 15-7 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Evanston, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-15.

Looking ahead, New Trier will take on York in a tournament on Friday. The Dukes will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Trevians surely won't give up without a fight. As for Evanston, they will challenge Glenbrook South at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
