Rockwood Summit hadn't done well against Parkway West recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Falcons walked away with a 3-1 win over the Longhorns. The victory was familiar territory for the Falcons, who have now won three contests in a row.

Rockwood Summit had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-16, 25-14, 25-19.

Parkway West's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Macyn Tarter, who had 13 digs and five assists, and Grace Garetson, who had six kills.
