Basketball Game Preview: Skyline Spartans vs. Juanita Ravens + How To Watch

Skyline hasn't had much luck against Juanita recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Spartans are taking a road trip to challenge the Ravens at 4:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Skyline took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They strolled past Newport - Bellevue with points to spare, taking the game 69-53. The win continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won three in a row.

Kate Reinkensmeyer was nothing short of spectacular: she dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Natalie Culver, who shot 42% from the field en route to 10 points and eight boards.

Meanwhile, Juanita came out on top against Inglemoor on Wednesday by a score of 43-42 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).

Skyline's record is now 5-3. As for Juanita, their record now sits at 2-3.

Skyline came up short against Juanita in their previous matchup back in February, falling 46-42. Can the Spartans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
