Volleyball Recap: Littleton Public Schools Extends Winning Streak to 11

Littleton Public Schools faced Niwot in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. Littleton Public Schools came out on top against Niwot by a score of 2-0. Littleton Public Schools' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Leading Littleton Public Schools to victory were Hayden DeJager and Elias Propernick. DeJager had 24 assists and four digs, while Propernick had five digs and one assist. DeJager is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 19 or more in each of the last five games he's played.

Littleton Public Schools couldn't miss and finished the game having scored on 40.7% of their attack attempts. That's the best hitting percentage they've posted all season.

Littleton Public Schools' victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Niwot, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coincidentally, Littleton Public Schools and Niwot will both be playing ThunderRidge the next time they take the court. Niwot will head out to face ThunderRidge at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, while Littleton Public Schools will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
