Softball Recap: Manchester Regional Takes a Loss

Manchester Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Pompton Lakes Cardinals, falling 19-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 21-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Manchester Regional's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pompton Lakes, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manchester Regional will square off against American History at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Pompton Lakes, they will take on Lakeland Regional at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
