Northeastern won against Manteo last Friday with 52 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Northeastern Eagles simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Currituck County Knights 52-3. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Trevaris Jones was his usual excellent self, throwing for 306 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 34 yards and two touchdowns. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for four or more in the last three games he's played. 81 of Jones' passing yards were hauled in by Unique Blount, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Northeastern's defense stepped up as well, laying out Devin Duke. 11 times. Zion Demps was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up four sacks himself. Carren Armstrong was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles.
