It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Waynedale had no problem doing just that on Friday. They never let the Wickliffe Blue Devils get on the board and left with a 13-0 win. Considering the Golden Bears have won 18 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Waynedale's third in a row) raised their record to 25-3. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.0 runs on average over those games. As for Wickliffe, they moved to 16-9 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Waynedale nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
