Ariana Cruz Game Report: @ Cabrillo

Passers beware: Ariana Cruz came down with her first-ever interception on Wednesday and she's no doubt on the hunt for more. She also made two total tackles, but sadly Pioneer Valley still had to take a 33-6 loss at the hands of Cabrillo. We hope Cruz's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Cruz and Pioneer Valley will be playing in front of their home fans against Paso Robles at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 385 places lower in California), but they're not letting that get them down.
