Basketball Recap: Cayuga Comes Up Short

Cayuga lost against LaPoynor back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cayuga Wildcats lost to the LaPoynor Flyers on the road by a 69-53 margin. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cayuga's defeat dropped their record down to 18-14. As for LaPoynor, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Cayuga nor LaPoynor have any future games scheduled.
