Basketball Recap: Georgetown Comes Up Short

Georgetown lost to Claiborne Christian back in November of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs took a 29-14 bruising from the Crusaders.

Georgetown has also been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Claiborne Christian, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Georgetown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 36-18 loss against Plainview on the 8th. As for Claiborne Christian, they will square off against Beekman Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
